摘要
通过对浙江省部分企业、一线职工工资收入现状的问卷调查和实地调研发现,浙江省一线职工每月最低工资收入均值和月平均收入均值均低于全部职工,略高于外省务工人员;一线职工的工资增长共决制度日益形成;月薪酬均值方面,外企独占鳌头,港澳台及私营企业分列二三位;国企社会保障综合水平最高;一线职工的收入水平与管理人员、技术人员相比,尚有不小差距。推进浙江省企业一线职工工资正常增长,需要政府(包括立法部门)、工会、行业协会及企业共同努力。
Questionnaire and field investigation of front-line workers of partial enterprises in Zhejiang province discovered that both their average lowest income every month and average monthly wage are lower than that of all employees but higher than that of migrant workers in other provinces; the income increase co-determination system of front-line workers is being formed; foreign enterprises' salary is the highest of all and those of Hongkong, Maco and Taiwan as well as in private companies lie in second; state-owned enterprises' comprehensive social security is the best; front-line workers' wage income is still not enough compared with managers and technical staff. Promotion of increasing front-line workers' income in Zhejiang province needs cooperation among government(including legislative departments), trade unions, industrial association and enterprises.
