综述了桑叶的化学成分及作用和桑叶综合利用现状及发展方向。介绍了桑叶食品、桑叶茶、桑叶饲料的较详细应用情况,阐述了桑叶中功能性成分的提取方法,并就桑叶综合利用做出了展望。
The chemical ingredients and effects of mulberry leaves.The present situation and development direction of its comprehensive utilization were summarized,and the detailed application of mulberry-leaf food,tea and feed was introduced,in addition,the extraction methods for the functional ingredients of mulberry leaves were elaborated,and a prospect for the comprehensive utilization of mulberry leaves was made.
