摘要
采用玉米(Zea mays L.)开花期干旱胁迫法,以经济产量为主要性状,结合株高、穗位高、穗长、秃尖长、穗行数、行粒数、穗粒数、千粒重、雌雄穗开花隔离时间(ASI值)等形态生育性状,用种质耐旱性指数(DTIg)作为玉米种质资源耐旱性鉴定与评价的主要指标,对12份玉米的耐旱性进行了鉴定与评价。结果表明,正大619的耐旱性极强,抗旱等级为1级;南校969、桂单1125、亚航689及桂单0810的耐旱性强,抗旱等级为3级;桂单688及绿星699的耐旱性中等,抗旱等级为5级,迪卡008、桂单1001、兆丰788、桂单160及兆丰688的耐旱性弱,抗旱等级为7级。
The experiment was conducted under the normal irrigation treatment and drought pressure treatment at anthesis stage.Identification and selection of drought resistance of the maize(Zea mays L).inbred lines were based on grain yield,plant height,ear length,kernel per ear,bare tip length,rows per ear,and anthesis-silking interval(ASI).12 maize varieties were estimated depending on drought resistant index(DTIg).The result showed that the drought tolerance of Zhengda 619 was very strong with a drought resistance level of grade 1.The drought tolerance of Nanxiao 969,Guidan 1125,Yahang 689 and Guidan 0810 were strong with a drought resistance level of grade 3.The drought tolerance of Guidan 688 and Lvxing 699 were medium with a drought resistance level of grade 5.The drought tolerance of Dika 008,Guidan 1001,Zaofeng 788,Guidan160 and Zaofeng 688 were weak with a drought resistance level of grade 7.
