水分亏缺及钾肥对大宁烟生长、产量及品质形成的影响

摘要 通过框栽试验探讨水分亏缺及钾肥对大宁烟生长、产量及品质形成的影响,旨在为提高大宁烟产量和品质提供理论依据。结果表明,轻度缺水和低钾处理对大宁烟株高、叶片数、净光合速率、气孔导度、叶绿素a+b、丙二醛、百叶鲜重和总糖等无抑制作用,且烟碱含量为1.07%~1.32%,较符合优质烟叶烟碱的标准。中度缺水处理的株高、叶片数、叶绿素和下部叶鲜重和烟碱等显著降低。水分亏缺时,增施钾肥有利于株高、叶片数和产量的形成,但中、下部叶烟碱含量显著降低,中部叶总糖和还原糖含量显著增加。因此,轻度缺水和低钾处理的水分、钾用量较适宜大宁烟产量和品质的形成。 The frame experiment was conducted to study effects of water deficit and potash fertilizer imposed on the growth,yield and quality traits of Daning tobacco.The results showed that mild water deficit and low potassium had no inhibitory effect on the plant height,leaf number,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,chlorophyll a +b,MDA,fresh weight and total sugar of Daning tobacco,and the nicotine content was 1.07%~1.32%,which was more suitable for high quality tobacco nicotine.The plant height,leaf number,chlorophyll content and fresh weight and nicotine content of lower leaves were significantly decreased under moderate water stress.Under water deficit,the application of potassium fertilizer was beneficial to the formation of plant height,leaf number and yield,but the nicotine content in the middle and lower leaves decreased significantly,and the total sugar and reducing sugar increased significantly.Therefore,the amount of water and potassium in mild water deficit and low potassium treatment was the more suitable for the formation of Daning tobacco yield and quality.
