气相色谱法检测海南花生种质中脂肪酸的含量及分析 被引量:5

摘要 采用气相色谱法对收集到的56个海南花生(Arachis hypogaea Linn.)样品中的棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸以及亚麻酸等5种脂肪酸的含量进行检测。结果表明,56个花生样品中,油酸含量为36.859%~67.093%,亚油酸含量为14.122%~61.025%,棕榈酸含量为8.583%~20.286%,硬脂酸含量为2.442%~8.971%,亚麻酸含量为0.028%~0.093%。其中9304、9355、9353号花生油酸和亚油酸比值较高,数值分别为4.751、3.623和3.049,9337号花生油酸和亚油酸比值最低,其数值为0.899。 In this study,fatty acids from 56 kinds of peanut varieties in Hainan were detected by the use of gas chromatography.The results showed that oleic acid percentage content was between 36.859% to 67.093%,linoleic acid percentage content was between 14.122% to 61.025%,palmitic acid percentage content was between 8.583% to 20.286%,stearic acid percentage content was between 2.442% and 8.971%,linolenic acid percentage content was between 0.025%~0.095%.The number9304,9355,9353 oleic acid and linoleic acid ratio was relatively high,they were 4.751、3.623 and 3.049,9337 oleic acid and linoleic acid ratio was minimum,it was 0.899.
