摘要
从政策的具体操作和执行角度出发,总结了湖北省农业科研单位关于科技成果转化的主要做法,分析了其存在的问题,提出了相应的对策。
From specific operation and implement of the policy,main practices in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of agricultural research institutions in Hubei province were summarized and problems were analyzed,accordingly corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
