临床护理质量管理中品管圈的实际应用研究

Research on Practical Application of Quality Control Circle in the Clinical Nursing Quality Management

目的探讨临床护理质量管理中品管圈的实际应用价值。方法选取该院于2016年1—12月期间开展的临床护理单元,将整年分为两个阶段,2016年1—6月作为对照阶段,利用常规方法进行临床护理质量管理,2016年7—12月作为观察阶段,利用品管圈进行临床护理质量管理,观察并比较两个阶段的临床护理质量管理效果及患者护理满意度情况。结果观察阶段的基础护理合格率、危重患者护理合格率和病房管理质量成效分别为91.26%、89.68%和92.05%,较对照阶段的80.34%、77.34%和80.35%均明显更高,差异统计学意义(P<0.05);观察阶段患者护理满意率为96.34%,较对照阶段的87.80%也明显更高,差异统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于临床护理质量管理当中利用品管圈方式进行管理可有效提高护理质量和患者护理满意度,对于提高医院临床护理质量管理水平及护理人员专业水平均具非常重要的积极意义,值得在临床护理管理当中进行推广应用。

Objective To study the practical application of quality control circle in the clinical nursing quality management. Methods The clinical nursing units in our hospital from January to December 2016 were selected and divided into two phases, including the control phase from January to June 2016 （routine method） and the observation group from July to December 2016 （quality control circle）, and the clinical nursing quality management effect and nursing satisfactory degree of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The qualified rate of basic nursing, nursing qualified rate of critically ill pa-tients and effective rate of ward management quality were obviously higher than those in the control group（91.26%, 89.68%, 92.05% vs 80.34%, 77.34%, 80.35%）,and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈0.05） ; the nursing satisfactory de-gree in the observation phase was obviously higher than that in the control phase（96.34% vs 87.80%）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The quality control circle management in the clinical nursing quality manage-ment can effectively improve the nursing quality and nursing satisfactory degree of patients, and it is of very important sig-nificance to improving the clinical nursing quality management level and professional level of nursing staff, and it is worth promotion and application in clinical nursing management.
