临床检验师的安全管理事件发生原因及措施

Occurrence Causes and Measures of Safety Management Events of Clinical Technologists

目的对临床检验师的安全管理事件发生原因进行分析并提出相应措施。方法随机抽取2014年6月—2017年6月之间74例该院检验科生物安全管理事件,对74例生物安全管理事件的发生原因进行整理和分析。结果该院检验科发生生物安全管理事件的主要原因分为检验师生物安全意识淡薄,消毒设备设施不完善和落后、生物安全制度落实不到位等。其中因检验师生物安全意识淡薄发生的生物安全管理事件数量最多且占比例最大。结论医院检验科的生物安全管理事件能够通过一定的措施进行避免,检验师在日后的工作中,应注意采取措施对不良事件进行避免。

Objective To analyze the occurrence causes and measures of safety management events of clinical technologists and put forwards the corresponding measures. Methods 74 cases of biology safety management events in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2017 were randomly extracted and the occurrence causes were sorted up and analyzed. Results The ma-jor causes of biology safety management events in the department of clinical laboratory in our hospital were insufficient bi-ology safety awareness of technologists, imperfect disinfection equipment and imperfect implementation of biology safety sys-tem, the events caused by insufficient awareness of clinical technologists had the highest proportion. Conclusion The biolo-gy safety management events in the department of clinical laboratory can be avoided by a certain measures, and the clinical technologists should take measures to avoid the adverse events in the future work.
