个性化护理在产科护理管理中的应用

Application of Individual Nursing in the Nursing Management in the Department of Obstetrics

目的探讨个性化护理在产科护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取2015年1月—2016年1月在该院产科分娩的孕产妇100名进行研究,以随机数字表法为依据将孕产妇分为两组,对照组50名,采用常规护理,观察组50名,采用个性化护理方式进行干预,对比干预效果。结果观察组护理人员各项护理质量评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者对护理服务的各项满意度评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用个性化护理方式对产科孕产妇进行护理管理效果显著,有利于提高护理质量,且可提高患者对护理服务的满意度,增强患者对妊娠知识的掌握情况,可在临床上推广应用。

Objective To study the application value of individual nursing in the nursing management in the department of obstetrics. Methods 100 cases of pregnant women giving birth in our hospital from January 2015 to Januaty 2016 were se-lected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing, while the observation group adopted the individual nursing method, and the intervention effect was compared between the two groups. Results Various nursing quality scores in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05）, and the satisfactory degree scores of patients in the observation group o the nursing service was obviously better than that in the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of individual nursing in the nursing management in the depart-ment of obstetrics is obvious, which is conducive to improving the nursing quality, improving the satisfactory degree of pa-tients to nursing services as well as enhancing the mastery condition of pregnant knowledge, and it can be promoted and ap-plied in clinic.
