Standardized Processing Flow of Operative Instrument of Leonardo's Robot

目的探讨达芬奇机器人手术器械清洗、包装和灭菌过程中专人管理的效果。方法随机抽取2015年12月—2017年5月152台利用达芬奇机器人完成的手术,其中胆囊切除76台、膀胱癌与肾癌共42台、子宫切除34台,在手术完毕后对各类机器人手术器械进行清洗、灭菌等规范化管理。结果通过达芬奇机器人手术器械专业培训,规范达芬奇机器人手术器械清洗、包装流程及灭菌方法,提高机器人系统再识别率,保证手术器械臂使用的次数达到最高有限数量,同时更有效减少了交叉感染的发生几率。结论优化的工作流程保证了达芬奇机器人手术器械使用的高效性和安全性,确保患者手术的安全性。

Objective To study the special management effect of cleaning, package and disinfection of operative instrument of Leonardo＇s Robot. Methods 152 cases of operations completed by Leonardo＇s Robot from December 2015 to May 2017 were randomly selected including 76 cases with cholecystectomy, 42 cases with bladder cancer and renal cancer and 34 cases with uterus resection, at the end of operation, the operative instruments of various robots were given the standardized management like cleaning and sterilization. Results The professional training of operative instruments of Leonardo＇s Robot, standardizing the cleaning, package process and sterilization method of Leonardo＇s Robot could improve the r e -identifica-tion rate of robots, ensuring the use frequency to the limited number and effectively reduce the occurrence probability of cross infection. Conclusion The optimized work flow ensures the efficacy and safety of operative instruments of Leonardo＇s Robot and ensures the operative safety.
