问题导向教学法在临床医学专业教学中的应用探讨 被引量:2

摘要 在医学高校临床医学专业的教学过程中,传统的教学方法以讲授法为主。近年来,由于书本固定的知识内容无法满足学生的个性化的学习需求,而且就业压力逐年递增的原因,使讲授法的教学弊端日益凸显。为了有效解决该问题,该院对临床医学专业的学生采取问题导向教学法进行教学,具体教学过程包括前期准备、提出问题、学生自学、初次讨论、深入自学、再次讨论和教师总结等多个部分,通过各个环节的有效结合,将学生课堂和课余时间有效融合为一个整体,同时将教学内容进行合理的扩展,从而有效提高了教学效果和质量。 The traditional Chinese medicine is mainly the method of lecture in the teaching course of medical colleges, in recent years, the shortcomings of lecture method is increasingly prominent because of increasing employment pressure as well as the fixed book knowledge failing to meet the individual learning demands of students. In order to effectively solve these problems, our hospital uses the problem-oriented teaching for the students in the clinical medical major and the spe-cific teaching course includes the early^-stage preparations, putting forwards issues, self-learning of students, initial discus-sion, second discussion and summarization of teachers, and it integrates the class time and spare time of students effectively by the effective combination of various links, at the same time, it rationally expands the teaching content thus effectively im-proving the teaching quality and effect.
