摘要
目的探讨高仿真模拟教学在新入职护士规范化培训教学的应用及效果。方法于2017年1—7月采用方便抽样法选取某三甲医院新入职护士80名进行高仿真模拟教学,采用问卷调查的方法调查新入职护士对现有高仿真模拟教学的评价及学生在教学后的满意度和自信心。结果新入职护士对高仿真模拟教学的设计和实践评分较高,在模拟教学过程中的满意度和自信心处于较高的水平。结论高仿真模拟教学在新入职护士规范化培训教学中应用效果较好,为新入职护士规范化培训教学提供参考。
Objective To study the application and its effect of h ig h- simulation teaching in the standardized training teaching of new nurses. Methods 80 cases of new nurses in some tertiary hospital from January to July 2017 were given the high-stimulation teaching and the evaluation of the new nurses to it and the satisfactory degree and confidence of students after teaching were surveyed by the questionnaires. Results The design and practice scores of new nurses to it were higher, and the satisfactory degree and confidence in the stimulation teaching course were at a higher level. Conclusion The appli-cation effect of high- simulation teaching in the standardized training teaching of new nurses is good, which can provide ref-erence for the standardized training teaching of new nurses.
