产科护理风险与防范对策探析

在产科中多种不同的风险并存、且许多环节都易于出现风险,虽然设置的质控点亦较多,但在管控上的难度也无形中加大。当前产科护理中的各种风险因素是护理人员法制意识淡漠,护患交流不足且缺少相互协作,护理文书书写不够规范等。由于引起产科医疗风险的诱因较多,实施产科护理服务时,须注重风险控制,以产科护理中的各种风险因素预防为出发点,制订适合的流程与规范,从而避免产生护理上的风险。对于产科护理风险因素的有效防范对策是重视临床带教与考评,增强护理服务的安全性,规范护理流程,关注护理细节,并重视职业风险教育,增强自我保护观念。

There are many kinds of risks in the department of obstetrics and risks are susceptible to occur in many links, even though the quality control points are multiple, the difficulty in management and control is also increasing. The risk fac-tors in the nursing in the department of obstetrics include insufficient legal sense of nursing staff, inadequate communication and cooperation and non-standard nursing paper writing. Owing to many factors of medical risks in the department of ob-stetrics, we should pay attention to risk control in implementing the nursing services in the department of obstructs, start from the prevention of various risk factors in the nursing in the department of obstetrics and make the proper process and standards thus avoiding the occurrence of nursing risks. The effective prevention strategies of nursing risk factors in the de-partment of obstetrics are to pay attention to clinical teaching and evaluation, enhance the safety of nursing services, stan-dardize the nursing process, pay attention to nursing details, pay attention to occupational risk education and enhance the self-protection notion.
