风险管理模式在消化科老年患者的应用探讨

Study on Application of Risk Management Model in the Senile Patients in the Digestive System Patients

目的探讨消化科老年患者最佳的护理方法。方法选取2016年7月—2017年7月该院消化科收治的老年患者127例,按其入院的时间顺序分为常规护理组(61例)和风险管理组(66例)两组。常规护理组患者采取传统的护理方法,风险管理组患者采取风险护理。具体护理流程分为成立风险护理小组、风险管理分析、风险管理培训、风险护理工作的实施和风险护理工作总结5个环节。结果在护理满意率方面,常规护理组和风险管理组患者的满意率分别为73.77%和95.45%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但在护士的工作压力方面比较,两组护士的满意率分别为63.93%和60.61%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论风险管理模式有效提高了消化科老年患者的服务满意率,同时护士在开展风险管理的过程中,并未明显增加工作压力。

Objective To study the best nursing method of senile patients in the digestive system department. Methods 127case senile patients in the digestive system department from July 2016 to July 2017 were divided into two groups ac-cording to the admission order, the routine nursing group （61 case）adopted the traditional nursing method, while the risk management group adopted the risk management, and the specific nursing flow includes the establishment of risk manage-ment group, analysis of risk management, training of risk management, implementation of risk nursing work and summariza-tion of risk nursing work. Results The difference in the satisfactory degree of risks between the routine nursing group and risk management group was statistically significant,（73.77% vs 95.45%）（P 〉0.05）, and the difference in the satisfactory rate between the routine nursing group and the risk management group was not statistically significant,（63.93% vs 60.61%）（P 〉0.05）. Conclusion The risk management model can effectively improve the service satisfactory degree of senile patients in the digestive system department without obviously increasing the work pressure in the development of risk management.
