卫生应急自救互救体验馆的构建与实践

Construction and Practice of Health Emergency Self-rescue and Mutual-rescue Experience

卫生应急自救互救关系到千家万户的生命安全。当前,民众急救培训因意识淡薄、普及率低、形式单一、手段有限、缺乏趣味性、专业培训机构不足等问题,院外急救存活率不高。该研究从分析当前公众卫生应急自救互救的现状入手,构建可借鉴、可复制、可推广的卫生应急自救互救体验馆基础版和升级版,以及探索急救体验培训的教学模式,从而为提高全民应急救护普及率与卫生应急能力提供实践经验。

The health emergency Self -rescue and m u tu a l -re s cu e concerns millions o f people’s life security, currently, the survival rate of outhospital emergency is not high due to lack o f emergency training awareness, low popularity rate, single form, limited means, lack o f interest and insufficient professional training instutions. The paper constructs the basic and graded health emergency Self -rescue and n a tu ra l-rescue experiences that can be referred to, cop ied and promoted starting from the status of it and explores the teaching model o f emergency experience training thus providing practical experience for improving the popularity rate o f emergency rescue and health emergency capabilities o f all nations.
