护理风险管理在外科手术治疗患者应用分析

Analysis of Application of Nursing Risk Management in the Patients Treated with Surgical Operation

目的分析护理风险管理在患者外科手术治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2015年10月—2016年10月在该院进行外科手术的60例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例患者。对照组患者采用一般的常规护理管理方法,观察组患者则采用护理风险管理方法,比较两组患者的护理效果和护理满意度。结果观察组的总护理满意度为96.67%,显著高于对照组的73.33%;观察组的护理有效率为93.33%,明显优于对照组的70.00%;护理后观察组的并发症发生率为10.00%,明显低于对照组的23.33%,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将护理风险管理应用在外科手术患者护理中能够有效提升护理满意度,降低护理中出现的差错,提高护理效果,值得在临床中应用推广。

Objective To analyze the application effect of nursing risk management in the patients treated with surgical op-eration. Methods 60 cases of patients with surgical operation in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were se-lected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing manage-ment methods, while the observation group adopted the nursing risk management method, and the nursing effect and nursing satisfactory degree of the two groups were compared. Results The total nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group, （96.67% vs 73.33%）, and the nursing effective rate in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group, （93.33%vs 70.00%）, and the incidence rate of complications in the observation group after nursing was obviously lower than that in the control group, （10.00% vs 23.33%）, and the differ-ence was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of nursing risk management in the patients treated with surgical operation can effectively improve the nursing satisfactory degree, reduce the nursing errors and improve the nursing effect, and it is worth clinical application and promotion.
