摘要 普通外科教学与内科以及其他的外科不同,普通外科教学是整个外科教学的基础。传统的教学方法将基础课以及临床课进行分开讲述,并以理论为主,导致无法将基础课与临床课联系在一起。普通外科教学中使用案例教学法(CBL)以及以问题为基础的教学方法 (PBL),可以有效提高学生分析以及解决问题的能力,培养学生独立思考,提高普通外科教学的教学质量。该文结合实际案例,介绍了该教学模式的应用流程及优点。 Different from the department of medicine and other departments of surgery, the teaching in the department of general surgery is the basis of the whole surgical teaching. The traditional teaching respectively elaborates the basic class and clinical class dominated by therapy, leading to disconnection between the basic class and clinical class. The teaching in the department of general surgery uses the CBL and PBL to effectively improve the problem-analyzing and problem-solving capabilities, cultivate the independent thinking ability and improve the teaching quality in the department of general surgery.
