PBL结合CBL教学模式在呼吸病学临床检验实习带教中的应用价值分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨在呼吸病学临床检验实习带教中应用PBL结合CBL教学模式的价值。方法选取2015年2月—2017年2月该院检验科的实习医师80名为研究对象,按随机数字表发分为研究组和对照组,每组40名,对照组采用传统教学模式,研究组采用PBL结合CBL教学模式,对比分析两组实习医师的总考核成绩、学习主动性评分以及对教学模式满意度的评分。结果研究组实习医师的总考核成绩、学习主动性评分以及对教学模式满意度的评分均高于对照组,两组数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL结合CBL教学模式应用于呼吸病学临床检验实习带教中,能明显激发实习医师的主观能动性,提高实习医师的考核成绩,值得继续推广和应用。 Objective To study the value of PBL and CBL teaching model in the clinical test practice teaching of respirol-ogy. Methods 80 cases of practice doctors in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected and random-ly divided into two groups with February 2015 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the control group adopted the traditional teaching model, while the research group adopted the PBL and CBL teaching model, and the total examination score, learning initiative score and satisfactory degree to teaching model of the two groups were compared. Results The total examination score, learning initiative score and satisfactory degree to teaching model in the research group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of PBL and CBL in the clinical test practice of respirology can obviously motivate the subjective initiative of interns and improve the examination score of interns, and it is worth promo-tion and application.
