摘要
目的分析在接受头皮静脉输液治疗的小儿患儿临床护理当中,风险管理的具体应用效果。方法选择该院在2016年5月—2017年4月时间段内这患儿实施小儿头皮静脉输液的48名护理人员为主要对象,根据其护理管理方式的不同将其均分成常规组与管理组。结果管理组护理人员对于小儿头皮静脉输液相关方法的掌握情况明显好于常规组,2组护理人员的具体数据在对比后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿头皮静脉输液的护理当中,给予科学的护理风险管理的效果较好,该护理方式值得在临床中推广。
Objective To analyze the specific application effect in the clinical nursing of Scalp vein infusion for children. Methods 48 cases of nursing staff conducting the e scalp vein infusion for children in our hospital from May 2016 to April 2017 were selected and divided into the routine group and management group. Results The mastery degree of nursing staff to the related methods of scalp vein infusion for children in management group was obviously better than that in the routine group, and the difference between groups was obvious （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of scientific nursing risk manage-ment in the nursing of scalp vein infusion for children is better, which is worth promotion in clinic.
