医院输血科加强输血管理的效果分析

Strengthen the Effect of Blood Transfusion Management

目的探究医院输血科强化输血管理措施,保证输血安全。方法选取2015年1月—2016年12月在该院输血科输血的1 200例输血人员,随机分为两组,每组600例,其中对照组给予常规输血,观察组给予规范化输血,比较两组人员输血过程中的差错率。结果观察组的输血差错率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规范化管理临床输血有助于为安全输血提供重要保障。

Objective To study the measures of enhancing the blood transfusion management and ensuring the blood trans-fusion safety in the department of blood transfusion in the hospital. Methods 1 200 cases of blood transfusion staff in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 600 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine blood transfusion, while the observation group adopted the standardized blood transfu-sion, and the error rate in the blood transfusion course was compared between the two groups. Results The error rate in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The standardized management of clinical blood transfusion contributes to providing important guarantee for the safe transfusion.
