心血管内科护理工作中存在的不安全因素及管理防范

Unsafe factors and Management Standards in the Nursing Work in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine

目的分析心血管内科护理工作中存在的不安全因素及管理防范。方法选择该院2014年3月—2016年3月收治的120例心血管内科患者进行临床分析,依照管理方式不同将其分成两组。观察组(n=60)实施护理风险防范管理,对照组(n=60)采用常规模式予以管理。比较两组患者的护理满意度及护理风险、护理投诉发生率。结果观察组患者护理满意度为93.3%,大于对照组的81.6%;观察组护理风险、护理投诉率5.0%小于对照组的26.6%;两组比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对心血管内科护理工作中容易出现的问题予以处理,通过对应措施的实施减少安全隐患的产生,能够减少护理风险、护理投诉事件的产生,提升患者的护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the unsafe factors and management standards in the nursing work in the department of cardiovascular medicine. Methods 120 cases of cardiovascular medicine patients in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 60 cases in each according to different management methods, the ob-servation group and the control group respectively adopted the nursing risk prevention management and routine model man-agement, and the nursing satisfactory degree, nursing risks and incidence rate of nursing disputes were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, （93.3% vs 81.6%）, and the nursing risk and nursing compliant rate in the observation group was lower than that in the con-trol group, （5.0% vs 26.6%）, and the difference in the effective rate between the two groups was obvious（P〈0.05）. Conclu-sion The implementation of corresponding measures for the problems in the nursing work in the department of cardiovascu-lar medicine can reduce the occurrence of safety hidden dangers, occurrence of nursing risk and nursing compliant events and improve the nursing satisfactory degree of patients.
