目的探索临床药师进行三级药学查房教学工作的新模式,以培养和提高临床药师学员和实习同学药学实践能力,提高临床药师教学水平。方法根据三级药学查房教学经验,规范了三级药学查房人员结构、查房要求、查房流程及查房具体内容。结果临床药师三级药学查房教学工作模式可以培养学员和实习同学理论与实践相结合的能力和药学服务基本技能,同时提高临床药师教学水平。结论三级药学查房教学工作模式有助于提高临床药师药学实践教学质量,值得借鉴和推广。

Objective To explore the new model of tertiary pharmacy ward-round teaching work in order to culture and im-prove the pharmacy practice capabilities of clinical pharmacists and interns and improve the teaching level of clinical pharmacists. Methods The tertiary pharmacy ward-round staff structure, ward-round requirement, ward-round course and ward-round specific contents were standardized according to the tertiary pharmacy ward-round teaching experience. Results The teaching mode of three -level pharmaceutical ward rounds could cultivate the ability of combining theory and practice , basic skills of pharmaceutical care for students and improve the level of teaching of clinical pharmacists at the same time. Conclusion The teaching mode of three -level pharmaceutical ward rounds can help improve the teaching quality of phar-maceutical practice for clinical pharmacists, which is worth learning and promoting
