摘要
目的将人文关怀灵活运用到护理工作中,提高护理人员的职业道德素养,改善护患关系,提高护理服务质量。方法通过问卷调查及带教教师访谈的方式,探讨专科护生职业道德素养影响因素与教育对策。结果制定切实有效的职业道德教育对策,以提高护生职业道德素养。结论提高职业道德素养的认知程度有助于减少护理伦理纠纷,完善护理服务。
Objective To improve the professional morality qualities, improve the medical relationship and improve the nursing service quality by applying the humanistic care to the nursing work flexibly. Methods The influence factors and ed-ucational strategies of professional morality qualities of college nursing students were studied by the questionnaire and in-terview of teachers. Results The practical and effective professional morality education strategies were made in order to im-prove the professional morality qualities of nursing students. Conclusion The improvement of professional morality qualities contributes to reducing the nursing ethical disputes and improving the nursing services.
