风险管理用于骨科术后患者压疮防范中的效果观察

Observation on Effect of Risk Management in the Prevention of Pressure Cores of Patients after the Orthopedic Surgery

目的探究风险管理用于骨科术后患者压疮防范中的效果。方法选取该院行骨科手术的106例患者作为该次实验的研究对象,并随机分为比较组和实验组,每组53例。比较组患者在压疮防范中采用常规护理,实验组则采用风险管理,比较两组患者压疮的发生情况及护理满意度。结果经护理后,实验组患者压疮的发生率及护理总满意度分别为1.9%、96.2%,显著优于比较组的13.2%、75.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用风险管理模式对骨科术后患者进行护理,不仅降低了压疮的发生率,而且提高了护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of risk management in the prevention of pressure cores of patients after the ortho-pedic surgery. Methods 106 cases of patients with orthopedic surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups with 53 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing, while the experimental group adopted the risk man-agement, and the incidence rate of pressure cores and nursing satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the incidence rate of pressure cores and total nursing satisfactory degree in the experimental group were obviously better than those in the control group, （1.9%,96.2% vs 13.2%,75.5%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The risk management model for nursing in patients after orthopedic surgery can not only reduce the incidence rate of pressure cores but also improve the nursing satisfactory degree, and it is worth clinical promo-tion and application.
