风险管理在普外科护理管理中的应用

Application of Risk Management in the Nursing Management in the Department of General Surgery

目的观察并探讨风险管理模式在普外科护理管理中的应用价值与临床疗效。方法选取该院2015年11月—2016年11月期间收治的118例普外科患者,按照随机分配原则将其分为对照组(59例患者)与实验组(59例患者),其中对照组与实验组患者分别给予常规护理模式及风险管理模式展开护理工作,观察并对比两组患者的护理满意度及风险事故发生情况。结果对照组患者的护理满意度为83.05%,实验组患者的护理满意度为95.92%,经过比较发现,实验组患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者在治疗期间风险事故发生率,22.03%,实验组风险事故发生率为5.08%,实验组患者的风险事故发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在普外科护理管理中应用风险管理模式临床效果显著,在降低护理风险事件发生频率的同时,还能提高护理质量,提升患者对护理工作的满意度,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To observe and study the application value and clinical curative effect of risk management in the nursing management in the department of general surgery. Methods 118 cases of patients in the department of general surgery admitted and treated in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2016 were selected and randomly divided in-to two groups with 59 cases in each, the control group and the experimental group were respectively treated with routine nursing model an risk management model, and the nursing satisfactory degree and incidence rate of risk events were com-pared and observed. Results The nursing satisfactory degree in the control group was obviously higher than that in the con-trol group （83.05% vs 95.92%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, and the incidence rate of risks in the experimental group was obviously lower than that in the control group （5.08% vs 22.03%）, and the difference was statis-tically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of risk management model in the nursing management in the de-partment of general surgery can reduce the occurrence frequency of nursing risk events and improve the nursing quality and satisfactory degree of patients to nursing work, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
