摘要
目的近年来我国每年人工流产数居高不下,且重复流产率高。人工流产是避孕失败的补救措施,虽然已是成熟的技术,但毕竟还是一种创伤性的手术,带给女性健康的损害是难以估量的。将流产后关爱运用到流产患者术前术后的诊疗过程中,帮助女性分析意外妊娠的原因,指导其选择正确、有效的避孕措施,详细讲解流产的危害,保护女性心理及生殖健康。方法选取该院门诊2016年1—12月行人工流产的患者800例为研究对象,对照组按照常规给予指导;研究组由科室建立的PAC咨询门诊,为患者开展流产后关爱的指导。结果研究组避孕知识掌握情况明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后避孕措施落实情况比较有区别,研究组高效避孕措施的落实高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论只有提高女性流产后高效避孕方法的落实,减少非意愿妊娠,才能有效降低重复人工流产率,从而保护广大女性的生殖健康。
Objective Recently, the natural labor number in China has been staying in a high position without going down with high repeated abortion rate, and the artificial abortion is the remedial measure of contraception failure, even though it has been a mature technology, it is still a kind of wound surgery and the harm to females is inestimable, and the paper ap-plies the PAC into the preoperative and postoperative diagnosis and treatment course of abortion patients, helps the females analyze the causes of accidental pregnancy, guides the selection of accurate and effective contraceptives, explains the abor-tion harms in detail and protects the mental and reproductive health of females. Methods From Janucry to June 2016 800case artifical abotion were studied The control group adopted the routine guidance, while the research group were given the PAC guidance by establishing the PAC consulting outpatient. Results The mastery degree of contraceptive knowledge in the research group was obviously better than that in the control group, and the difference between groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, and the implementation rate of postoperative contraceptive measures in the research group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Only by improving the implementation of efficient contraceptive method and reducing the unwilling pregnancy can we effec-tively reduce the repeated artificial abortion rate thus protecting the reproductive health of massive females.
