对医护生入职前人文素养培养的思考

作为未来医护事业接班人的医护生,是社会医学发展与卫生事业改革的中坚力量,如何适应新的形势、胜任新的任务,成为我国社会医学与卫生事业合格的建设者和接班人,除了需要精湛的医护技能,还需要高尚的道德品质和良好的职业责任感,也就是说医护生需具备较好的人文素养。所以医护生进行人文素质教育和培养是医学院校面临的一项重大的任务。该文从对入职前的医护进行人文素养的培养,提出几点思考建议,以供探讨。

The paramedical students, as future medical career successors, are the backbones of social medical development and health enterprise reform, how to adapt to the new situation and shoulder the new task and how to become the qualified builders and successors of social medicine and health enterprise needs the exquisite medical skill but also need the noble morality qualities and good sense of occupational responsibility, namely, the paramedical students need the better humanity qualities, therefore, the humanity quality education and culture of the paramedical students is a major task faced by the medical colleges, and the paper puts forwards several suggestions and opinions of humanistic qualities of pre-employment paramedical students for discussion.
