高职“多维贯通”培养体系的构建路径——以柳州城市职业学院为例 被引量:2

摘要 "多维贯通"不仅是一种体现内容建设与教学设计,更是一种资源配置与具体实施的方案,可以促进高职职业核心能力培养从单一课程向立体培养体系完善,是新型的课程建设思路。在职业核心能力培养方面,柳州城市职业学院基于全要素建设的基本思想,充分利用社会资源,搭建多维联动的培养平台,构建了一套"多维贯通"的培养体系,在实践中探索一条职业核心能力培养的有效途径,为高职院校实施职业素养教育与公共基础课改革提供借鉴。 " Multi-demensional passthrough"ineamates a kind of content eonstruetion and teaching design, but all the more represents a kind of program for resouree eonfiguration and speeifie implementation,whieh promotes improvement of eore vocational ability training from a single course to three dimensional training system,and ad-ditionally, represents a kind of all faetor-based new eurrieulum eonstruetion thinking in the perspeetive of train-ing system. As for eore voeational ability training,based on all faetor-based eonstruetion thinking,Liuzhou City Voeational College makes the best of soeial resourees to establish multi-demensional interation training platform and develop a “ multi-demensional passthrough” training system,whieh serves as an effeetive approaeh to eore voeational ability training,providing referenee for implementation of voeational quality-based edueation and basie publie eourses reform.
