摘要
钢铁工业是资源和能源密集型工业,需要消耗大量的化石能源,导致CO_2大量排放。根据河北省钢铁行业的发展现状,笔者对钢铁行业CO_2核查方法进行了研究,对河北省的一家重点钢铁生产企业进行了能耗调研,识别了该企业CO_2的排放源,并对其进行量化计算。根据核查可知:该钢铁企业2013—2015年CO_2排放量分别为1 619.06万t、1 607.46万t和1 677.72万t。其中,2015年焦化、烧结、炼铁、炼钢和钢材深加工等环节的CO_2排放量分别为29.59万t、223.08万t、544.30万t、-99.77万t和191.16万t,其工业生产过程排放量为75.59万t,外购电力的排放量为158.51万t。
The iron-steel industry belongs to a resource and energy intensive industry and prod-uces a lot of GHG emissions because of a quantitative of fossil fuel consumption. The methodology of GHG emission calculation was studied based on developing conditions of the iron-steel industry in Hebei province. A typical iron-steel production enterprise in Hebei province was surveyed. The research identified the CO2 emission sources and calculated the CO2 emissions. According to the verification, the CO2 emissions of the enterprises were 16 190.6 kt, 16 074.6 kt and 16 777.2 kt respectively from 2013 to 2015. The research can be used to help the iron-steel companies to ver-ify the GHG emission in every process and find out emissions reduction potentials and then promote low-carbon transformation in the iron-steel industry.
