中国法学研究论文国际化特征分析——基于SSCI、A&HCI的文献计量研究

How do Papers on Jurisprudence in China Go Abroad?A Characteristics Analysis Based on SSCI & A&HCI

文章以2014年为止SSCI和A&HCI数据库中收录的中国学者的法学论文为研究对象,利用文献计量法从年发文量、研究领域、研究机构、研究影响四个角度梳理了中国法学研究论文国际化的现状。发现:论文年发文量呈上升趋势,但增速已经放缓;研究领域集中,无法全面反映中国法学研究现状;法学研究国际化的主力呈现出东强西弱的局面;已发表的国际论文影响力有限,被引情况不理想。对此,中国法学学者需要拓宽研究领域,全面介绍中国的法学实践;在发表论文的过程中做到量质并重,提升论文影响力;西部地区要加强与其他地区的交流合作,提升法学研究国际化的实力。

With Bibliometrics, from perspectives of time distribution, theme distribution, institution distribution and research impact,we analyzed characteristics of papers on jurisprudence collected from SSCI and A&HCI that were written by Chinese scholars before 2014 We find the increasing volume of published papers with lower speed,the restricted themes rather than panorama of jurisprudence in China,the imbalance of regional research capacity,and the unsatisfactory influence of these papers published internationally. In order to enlarge the influence of papers on jurisprudence,Chinese scholars have to broaden their research themes and to value both the quantity and quality of papers. Besides,the scholars in western China have to improve their capacity of publishing international papers.
