文章以高等教育新兴技术发展趋势为视角,重新审视高校图书馆潜在的机遇和挑战。对《2017新媒体联盟技术展望:中国高等教育概览》报告的核心内容进行概述,论述了高等教育创新变革对高校图书馆的影响,提出高校图书馆的具体应对措施。

This essay re-examined the potential opportunities and challenges of university libraries based on the tendency of higher education new technology,especially in the enlightenment of NMC Horizon Report: 2017 Higher Education Edition,the first horizon report which is aimed at new technology application status of China's higher education. University libraries should seize the opportunity and take up the challenge,devote to providing higher education with better services,and also improve the level and quality of personnel training,scientific research and information services.
