复合式TBM管片错台的分析及控制研究

摘要 管片错台一直是复合式TBM施工的重点关注对象,拼装手的操作、管片点位的选择、壁后注浆初凝时间的长短等都会导致管片错台。该文根据重庆某工程实际情况,通过实际施工分析管片错台产生的原因,主要采取了规范管片拼装程序、掘进姿态控制、点位选择、加强注浆等方式降低管片错台,其中加强注浆中采用双液注浆泵做施工管箍,降低地下水对浆液的冲刷,具有很好的推广前景。 Segment dislocation has been a major focus in the compound TBM construction. The operation of assemblers, the selection of the segment spot,the time length of the initial setting time of the back-wall grouting, etc. will all lead to the segment dislocation. Based on the actual situation of a project in Chongqing, this paper adopts approaches such as regulating the assembling process of segment, controlling drilling mode, reasonably selecting the point,strengthening grouting, and so on based on the segment dislocation causes. The double-mortar grouting pump is applied to strengthen grouting for construction banding, and reducing the scouring action of groundwater has a good promotion prospects.
