摘要 复合式TBM掘进过程中若出现管片破损极易导致管片止水失效、隧道渗水、漏水,进而影响施工安全和地铁的运行安全,增加施工成本、影响施工进度。所以降低管片破损对提高工程质量、保证施工及运行安全、降低维修成本等具有广泛的指导意义。 In the compound TBM tunneling process, the segment failure can easily cause the water-stop failure of the segment and water seepage and leakage of the tunnel, and further affect construction safety and the subway's operation safety, increasing the construction cost and slowing the construction progress. Therefore, it's of great significance to reduce the segment damage to improve the construction quality, ensure the construction safety and operation safety, reduce maintenance costs and so forth.
