仿真丝织物与真丝织物的热传递有限元仿真 被引量:7

Finite element simulation of heat transfer on silk-like fabrics and real silk fabrics

摘要 为在织物设计时评估、优化织物的热舒适性,提出一种有效预测克罗值和织物表面温度变化的方法。文章采用规格相近的仿真丝和真丝织物,通过VHX-5000显微镜测量织物试样,得到纱线的几何结构参数,并考虑织物周围的空气,借助Auto CAD软件建立织物系统的三维有限元模型;借助有限元软件ANSYS,设置载荷和边界条件,求解仿真数值;并将有限元仿真结果与实验结果对比。结果表明:织物仿真克罗值与实验克罗值相对误差在5%以下,证明有限元仿真的可行性,为改善仿真丝织物的热传递提供了理论方法;相近的织物规格下,粘胶仿真丝与真丝织物克罗值相差不大,并远大于涤纶仿真丝织物。 In order to evaluate and optimize thermal comfort of fabrics,an effective method to predict clo value and the temperature change of fabrics was presented. Silk-like and real silk fabrics with similar specifications were adopted,and the geometrical parameters of the yarns were obtained by observing the morphology of the fabrics with the help of VHX-5000. Then,the 3 D finite element model of the fabric was built by Auto CAD with the consideration of the air around the fabrics. The load and the boundary conditions were set by finite element software ANSYS to solve the simulation value. Besides,the results of finite element simulation and experimental results were compared.The results indicate that the relative error of clo values between numerical simulations and experiments is less than5%,which verifies the feasibility of finite element simulation. It is a theoretical method to improve the heat transfer of silk-like fabrics. With similar specifications of fabrics,the clo value of real silk fabric is similar to that of viscose silk-like fabric,and much larger than that of polyester silk-like fabric.
