摘要
测试了不同锗元素含量面料的释放负离子、远红外及抗菌性能,研究了不同锗元素含量面料与其功能性性能关系。结果表明,含锗面料具有释放负离子、远红外及抗菌性能,性能指标符合国家标准要求。负离子性能上,随着锗元素含量的增加,含锗面料的负离子发生量依旧维持在中等水平;远红外性能上,随着锗元素含量的增加,含锗面料的远红外发射率略有增加,增幅不显著,温升基本维持在1.5℃;抗菌性能上,即使锗元素含量低至0.53 mg/kg时,其大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率基本在99%及以上,白色念珠菌的抑菌率随着锗元素含量的增加从85%增至96%。
Negative ions,far-infrared and antibacterial properties of germanium fabric were tested and the relationship between the content of germanium and its functional properties was studied. The result shows the germaniumcontaining fabric has the characteristics of releasing negative ion,far-infrared and antibacterial property and the property indexes meet the requirements of national standards. About the negative ion property,the negative ion content of germanium-containing fabric is maintained at the medium level with the increase of Ge content. For the far infrared property,the infrared emission emissivity of the germanium-containing fabric can be improved slightly with the increase of Ge content,and the temperature rise is maintained at 1. 5℃. with regard to the antibacterial property,the inhibitory rates of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus are 99% and above even when the Ge content is as low as 0. 53 mg/kg and the inhibitory rate of Candida albicans increases from 85% to 96% with the increase of Ge content.
