基于生态贫困视角下的生态益贫影响因素研究——基于西部六省2003—2014年面板数据的实证分析

Study on the Influencing Factors of Ecological Benefits from the Perspective of Ecological Poverty——Empirical Analysis Based on Panel Data of 2003 Provinces in Western China from 6 to 2014

全面消除贫困,是全面建成小康社会的重要任务。从生态贫困视角分析农民经济贫困的生态影响因素,以西部六省的面板数据为例,从气候贫困、水贫困、地质贫困和生物贫困等四个维度,构建生态贫困的指标变量,建立以农民人均纯收入为因变量的半对数模型,进行OLS回归分析,结果发现:农作物受灾面积、有效灌溉面积、水土流失治理面积、森林覆盖率和湿地面积,对农民人均纯收入有显著影响,而人均水资源量、人均用水量、地质灾害直接经济损失、耕地面积、自然保护区面积,对农民人均纯收入的影响不显著。据此,可以给出相应的对策建议。

Overall poverty eradication is an important task to build a well--off society in an all-- round way. In this paper, the ecological impact factors of farmers＇ economic poverty are analyzed from the perspective of ecological poverty, taking the panel data of 6 provinces in Western China as an example, the index variables of ecological poverty are constructed from four dimensions, such as cli- mate poverty, water poverty, geology poverty and biology poverty, build semi logarithmic model, conduct OLS regression analysis, the results show that crops affected area,~effective irrigation area, soil erosion control area, forest coverage rate and wetland area have a significant impact on the per capita net income of farmers; then average water resources per capita, water consumption per capita, direct economic losses of geological disasters, the area of cultivated land and the area of nature reserves are not significant to the per capita net income of farmers. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given.
