The paper indicates the same role of the secondary structure with the first structure, indicates its quality has the indispensable influ-ence on the whole quality of the building, masters some technical and management measures in the secondary structure including the filler walls, component columns and ring beam in the analysis of the whole process in the construction, achieves the effective control of the quality in the sec-ondary structure by combining with its application in projects, so as to lay the foundation for the further decoration projects in future.
