工民建工程施工问题及科学管理研究

对建筑工程施工问题进行了研究,发现导致施工问题产生的因素有多种,为了提高建筑工程施工效果,应将重点落在科学管理上,通过落实各项管理工作,有效控制施工作业的各个环节,降低施工问题。基于此,着重研究建筑工程施工问题及科学管理措施。

The construction of civil engineering is studied, found that there are many factors leading to the construction problems, in order to change this situation, improve the construction efficiency, they should set their sights on scientific management, through the implementation of the management work, effectively control the construction work in all aspects, can reduce construction problems. Based on this, this paper focuses on the construction and scientific management measures.
