泰安市居民首诊选择分析

First medical choice Analysis of residents in Tai'an City

目的了解泰安市居民当出现慢性病、常见病时的首诊选择,并对居民首诊选择原因进行深度分析,对引导居民合理就医,丰富和完善分级诊疗制度的研究具有参考价值。方法采用随机抽样的方法对泰安市居民进行就医行为的问卷调查,并对部分人员进行深度访谈。结果医疗技术和医疗设备是居民首诊选择的主要依据,所调查对象若出现高血压或痔疮首诊市级医院的比例最多,其次是县级医院。结论"基层首诊"尚未形成居民的首诊习惯,存在"医疗倒金字塔"现象。应进一步优化医疗资源,明确各医疗机构的职能,引导居民分级诊疗。

Research objective ： To understand the behavior of residents in Tai ＇ an City,and to choose the depth analysis of the residents,to guide residents to reasonable medical treatment,to enrich and improve the classification diagnosis and treatment system has a reference value.Research method ： Using random sampling method to investigate the medical behavior of residents in Tai ＇ an City,and to conduct in-depth interviews with some of the staff.Research results ： The survey of hypertension in the first diagnosis of municipal hospitals accounted for 36 %,the county hospital accounted for 33.8 %,the first diagnosis of hemorrhoids municipal hospital 48.8 %,the county hospital accounted for39.9 %.Research conclusion ： The proportion of common diseases of the first hospital in Tai ＇ an city is the most common disease,the proportion of primary care is less,there is the phenomenon of ＂ medical inverted Pyramid ＂.We should further optimize the medical resources,clear the functions of the medical institutions,and guide the residents to grade diagnosis and treatment.
