茉莉酸甲酯协同摩西球囊霉对草莓连作障碍的防控效果 被引量:6

Control Effect of Methyl Jasmonate and Glomus mosseae on Continuous Cropping Obstacles of Strawberry

摘要 [目的]研究茉莉酸甲酯与摩西球囊霉对草莓连作障碍的防控效果。[方法]通过小区试验测定茉莉酸甲酯蘸根协同接种摩西球囊霉对红颜和章姬菌根侵染率、生长、产量及根病发生的影响。[结果]茉莉酸甲酯蘸根显著提高了摩西球囊霉在根系侵染率。与对照相比,协同处理提高了草莓生物量,红颜和章姬产量分别高达30 235.1、31 065.1 kg/hm^2,增产率分别为31.9%和19.3%,果实品质未发生明显变化;收获期协同处理对2种草莓根病防效分别为72.8%和60.8%,但均低于氯化苦处理。[结论]茉莉酸甲酯蘸根协同接种摩西球囊霉对草莓连作障碍有较好的防控效果。 [Aims] The paper aims to study the control effect of methyl jasmonate(MJA) and inoculating Glomus mosseae(Gm) on continuous cropping obstacles of strawberry. [Methods] The field experiment was conducted to determine the effect of dipping roots with MJA and inoculating Gm on Gm infection rate, growth, yield and root disease of two strawberry cultivars, Hongyan and Zhangji. [Results] The Gm infection rates in the roots of two strawberry cultivars both increased significantly after dipping roots with MJA. Compared with the control, the biomass both increased after treatment with MJA and Gm. Moreover, the yields of Hongyan and Zhangji were up to 30 235.1 and31 065.1 kg/ha, with increase rates of 31.9 and 19.3%, respectively, and no significant difference in quality. At the harvest stage, the control effects of synergetic treatment on root disease of Hongyan and Zhangji were 72.8 and 60.8%,respectively, and were both significantly lower than that of the chloropicrin treatment. [Conclusions] The control effect of dipping roots with MJA and inoculating with Gm on continuous cropping obstacles of strawberry is good.
