摘要
本文结合企业国际化的基本理论,我国化工工程公司的特点,探讨了化工工程公司进入海外市场的不同模式,建议以SWOT分析法针对公司情况、国别市场、项目特点等选择合理的海外市场进入模式。
Considering the basic theory of enterprise internationalization and the characteristics of Chinese chemical engineering companies,the mode of chemical engineering companies to enter into overseas market is discussed. It is suggested to use SWOT analysis before the selection of overseas market development mode based on the characteristic of company,foreign country,project background,etc.
