异形管板换热器应力有限元分析

应用ANSYS分析软件,对某方形布管的浮头式换热器的异形管板及相应区域建立三维实体模型,并在三种危险组合操作工况下对其进行应力分析与评价,分别得出相应的管板及相应区域应力分布规律。相关结果为该类型换热器的设计制造提供了理论依据。

Using the ANSYS analysis software,a three-dimensional solid model was established for the special-shaped tube plate of the floating head heat exchanger of a square distribution tube and the corresponding area,And the stress analysis and evaluation were carried out under three dangerous combination operating conditions,Respectively,Obtained the corresponding tube plate and the corresponding regional stress distribution. The results provide a theoretical basis for the design and manufacture of this type of heat exchanger.
