摘要
经济的飞速发展,迫切需要具备新工科能力人才的支撑,需要调节传统的教学模式,提升研究生的创新科研、就业适应能力、创业能力,以满足新工科对人才的要求。在新工科建设中,实践能力成为研究生的教育新模式和产学研新结构的基础。本论文结合本校化工类学生在研究生期间理论与实践协同能力培养模式结构的结合,探索新工科理论对我校研究生培养方案、传统教学模式的课程改革、发展和完善双导师制度、相对开放的实验体系的作用。
The rapid development of economy urgently needs the support of new technical ability talented person,need to adjust the traditional teaching mode,improve ability to adapt the graduate student 's innovation of scientific research,employment,entrepreneurship,in order to meet the requirements of new engineering for talent. In the construction of new engineering,the practical ability has become the foundation of the new model of education and the new structure of the graduate school. This paper combines theory and practice of university's chemical engineering students during the postgraduate student together structure of combining ability training mode,explore the new theory of engineering project of cultivating graduate students of our school,the curriculum reform and development of the traditional teaching mode,and improve the system of double mentor and relatively open experiment system.
