摘要
通过对各种抗温性封堵剂的对比,确立了以环保型生物材料-淀粉的改性为主要研究目标。由于醚化改性淀粉的抗温性一般不超过120℃,无法满足渤海油田高温井(140℃)的修井作业,因此在室内重点研究了交联接枝改性淀粉的合成。通过引入丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺单体及磺酸基团,然后不断调整几种药剂之间的比例,以满足其抗盐抗温性能及后期干燥粉碎的要求,最终开发出一种能够抗140℃高温的阴离子型暂堵剂ATS,其易降解、无残渣,抗温时间可达3天,对地层伤害很小。最后通过实验,确定抗高温暂堵液的基础配比为0.4%~0.6%VIS+1.5%~5%ATS,该技术在渤海油田QK18-1-5D井得到了成功的应用。
By the comparison of various temperature resistance plugging agent,the modified environment-friendly biomaterials starch is targeted as the main research object. The temperature of etherified starch is generally not more than 120℃,so it is unable to meet high temperature( 140℃) well workover of Bohai oilfield,and the synthetic of crosslinking graft modified starch is researched. Through the synthetic of acrylic acid,acrylamide monomer and sulfonic radical with starch,and adjust the ratio between several agents,to meet its performance of temperature resistance,salt-tolerance,drying and crushing requirements,and ultimately developed an anionic plugging agent ATS which can resist high temperature of 140℃. It is degradable,no residual,3 days persistent,and has little damage to the reservoir. At last,a high temperature resistance plugging liquid is developed in the lab,whose ratio is 0. 4% ~ 0. 6% VIS + 1. 5% ~ 5% ATS,its successfully applied in QK18-1-5 D of Bohai Oilfield.
