摘要
针对内河挖砂船采用天然气燃料受限于LNG燃料舱布置不便,燃料补给、供应周转效率不高等问题,提出内河挖砂船LNG采用分体式供气方式,分析该供气方式的危险识别和风险,特别是锚缆失效、船体失效等主要危险源的成因和影响,从船舶构造和设备配备等方面提出控制措施。
To solve the problems of small space for LNG tank arrangement, low efficiency of fuel gas re-supply and replenishment on sand dredger with natural gas fueled in inland waterway, the split mode was proposed to supply natural gas for sand dredger. The risk of fuel gas supplying type could be controlled by means of hazard identification and risk analysis. After analyzing the cause of the accident involving mooting failure, hull failure and other failure, a series of risk control measures emphasized on construction and equipment were set forth for the barge and dredger.
