Design of Hole-opening Equipment Applied in Seawater for Emergency Salvage of Ships in Distress

摘要 针对目前海上应急救捞遇险船舶传统开孔方法耗时长,现有开孔装置不适合倾斜状态和水下使用的现状,设计一种新型低重心、轻量化、液压驱动的开孔装置,通过建立核心零部件的有限元模型,校核结构强度,分析结构的抗倾覆能力和液压动力系统。研究表明,该装置设计合理,具有良好的可使用性。 In view of the problems of long time consuming in traditional opening hole in hull and the existing device' s short- coming in incline and underwater in the maritime emergency rescue, a hole-opening equipment with the low center of gravity and low weight was investigated based on hydraulic drive. By establishing the finite element models of core components, the structural strengths were checked. The hydraulic power system and the anti-overturning capability of hole-opening equipment were also ana- lyzed. The research showed that the equipment is designed reasonably and has a good usability.
