摘要
针对在建船舶控制电缆线敷设、加工中出现的质量问题,利用智能检测技术的功能,设计基于STC15W4K单片机的控制电缆连通性测试系统。系统由控制模块、执行模块、人机界面、线缆接口等构成。通过精密恒流源技术及ADC技术,实现船舶控制电缆事前检测。试验证明,该系统可实现对在建船舶控制电缆的检测功能,提高船舶电气系统的工作稳定性。
In view of the quality problems in construction and control of the cable in construction of ship, the intelligent detection technology was used to design a control cable connectivity test system based on STC15W4K single chip microcomputer. The system consisted of control module, execution module, man-machine interface, cable interface and so on. The precision constant current source technology and analog to digital converter (ADC) technology was applied to realize pre detection of the control cable. The test result proved that the detection function of the ship control cable can improve the working stability of the ship' s electrical system.
