摘要
针对船舶自流注水系统阀门噪声问题,利用CFD技术对系统阀门附近流场进行3种压差工况的数值计算,分别使用阀门噪声经验公式和声学数值计算法对阀门流动噪声进行分析。计算结果与测量结果对比表明,2种方法计算误差均较小,验证了阀门噪声经验公式和声学数值计算法对阀门噪声预测的可靠性,在工程实际中可用于阀门噪声的初步检测。
In order to predict the noise of the ship' s water injection system, the flow field of the system was calculated by u sing the CFD technique under the conditions of three kinds of pressure difference. Based on the numerical results of CFD, the valve noise empirical formula and the acoustics numerical method were used to analyze the valve flow noise. The calculated results were compared with the measured results, showing that the two methods had little error, which verified the reliability of the two methods. The two kinds of valve noise prediction methods can be used in engineering practice for the initial detection of valve noise
