摘要
针对海洋管线在铺设、安装和作业过程中与土体的复杂接触,产生的管线外载荷诱发的管线强度问题,采用非线性有限元软件ABAQUS对管土接触过程进行数值模拟,分析触地管线贯入和回弹过程中的主要影响参数,数值模拟结果与挪威岩土工程研究院的大尺度试验结果一致,表明该方法能较好地反映土体抗力和吸力的产生和释放过程,验证了数值分析的可行性。参数分析结果表明摩擦角和粘聚力对管土间的接触作用有显著影响。
The complex contact between offshore pipeline and seabed created by laying, installing and operation processes will generate the external load of pipeline, which leads to the pipeline strength problem. The nonlinear finite element software ABAQUS was used to carry out the numerical simulation of the interaction between pipeline and seabed. The main parameters of pipeline penetration and rising process were studied. The results of numerical simulation were in good agreement with the results of NGI large scale tests, which showed a well simulation of generation and release process of both soil resistance and soil suction. The results of parameter analysis showed that the soil friction angle and cohesion had a significant impact on the pipe-soil interaction.
