新形势下师范大学生素质培养路径研究——基于对农村民族地区师资需求与学生就业困境的反思

Research on the way of cultivating students' quality in new situation——reflections on the demand for teaching staff in rural ethnic minority areas and the plight of students' employment

本文基于对农村民族地区师资需求与大学生就业困境的反思,对新形势下师范大学生综合素质不足的问题做出了分析,包括吃苦精神不够,敬业能力不足;乡土文化缺乏,民族多元意识不足;师范专业素养不够,科研能力不强;实践能力和社会适应性有待提高,等等。同时,对大学生素质培养提出了培养路径,提升大学生师德意识,激发对农村民族地区教育的热爱;加强农村民族课程构建,重视学生科研能力;注重学生实践能力和社会适应能力,提高大学生综合素质。

Based on the reflection on the demand of teachers and students in rural ethnic minority areas,this paper analyzes the problems of undergraduates' comprehensive quality under the new situation,including lack of hard-working spirit,lack of professional ability,lack of local culture and lack of awareness of ethnic diversity; teachers are not professional enough,scientific research ability is not strong; practical ability and social adaptability needs to be improved and so on. At the same time,it puts forward the cultivation path of college students' quality,enhances the sense of teachers' morality,and arouses the love of education in rural ethnic areas; strengthens the building of rural ethnic courses,pays attention to students' scientific research ability; pays attention to students' practical abilities and social adaptability and improves the overall quality of college students.
